Prolouge Promo - From last Smackdown!
Raw Is War Opening Theme
Opening Promo - Uncle Squigally & Kermit the Frog welcome the veiwers, mentioning their new announcers table and mention about the new format for the show. The Champion, Bad Ass Billy Gunn, then makes his way out to the ring. He talks about how he is sick of Degeneration X, and their dirty tricks, then bad mouths a bit about the man who dressed up as him. He then is interuppted by the whole stable of Degeneration X, who make their way down to the arena in suits. Triple H then introduces the new DX, and mentions that Bad Ass's days of being the Champion are over, claiming that he will no longer wait till King of the Ring, and will face him tonight. He then goes on saying that X-Pac has a score to settle with Grand Masta Sexay for kicking him in the balls, one too many times, and that they will face off tonight. He then moves on to Road Dogg, who will face Steve Blackman for the Hardcore Title. And lastly, DX's much cooler Billy Gunn, will face Scotty Too Hotty for the Wet Pride Title. Just then Shane McMahon makes his presence felt as he enters the stage, he then tell Triple H, that all the matches that were just made by him, will not happen, and that Shane himself will make the matches, starting off with tonight's main event which will have Triple H & X-Pac face Bad Ass & G.M.S. in a Tag Team bout & that Triple H will wait for King of the Ring. He then chases DX out of the arena stating that if he is touched, Triple H will be kicked out of the main event at the King of the Ring, which will be a Double Ring Match for the Championship. Before Triple H leaves the arena, he threatens to Shane, that if he doesnt watch himself, DX will do to him, what the Evils did to his father. After DX leaves the arena, Shane asks Bad Ass to leave as well, so he can continue with tonights matches. Shane then starts off by introducing the fact that the business now has official referees, by purchasing the Hebner family, as he brings out Earl Hebner, he mentions that the business also has a Dave Hebner and a Harry Hebner. Shane then goes on saying that he will try to resolve some unresolved issues as of late (and will try to fix up all unresolved issues before King of the Ring), starting off with Big Show's challenge to Undertaker in a Brain Games match, which will be a Qaulifying King of the Ring match on the next Smackdown! He then speaks out to Professor Wedge, that security wont allow any Evils in the building tonight, and that he has the cops searching for the Rock & for him. He then goes onto tonights first two Qaulifying Matches for KOTR, 1st being Road Dogg, vs Eddie Gurerro, & 2nd being, Christian, vs Matt Hardy. He then mentions that the KOTR winner at the PPV will get a shot at the title at No Mercy, he then states that he doesn't want to make Summerslam (PPV before No Mercy) too big. And before Shane leaves the arena, he invites the superstars to see him in his office, to set up a fourth match for tonight, being that he can't think of one for the moment, and that they have to fill up the empty slot for tonights show.

King of the Ring Qaulifying Match #01 - Road Dogg -VS- Eddie Gurerro - (interference from Bad Ass) Eddie Gurerro pins Road Dogg...
Promo - Too Cool's GMS, Steve Blackman, & Mankind...
Promo - Shane & Test talk inside of Shane's office, then get a visit from the long absent Hollywood Hulk Hogan. Shane mentions it has been awhile since Hogan has been involved in matches and screen time and that he would like to change that. Then Tazz & Hardcore Holly pay a visit, saying that they were requested by Shane. Shane then fires Hardcore Holly for breaking a ring post on Smackdown!, and hires Tazz as his new left-hand man, ordering him to kick Hardcore Holly out of the building, as Tazz happily does so. Then Scotty Too hotty pays a visit, forgetting why he was there, Shane tells him he can return when he remembers why he came in. After Scotty Too Hotty exits Shane's office, Shane then tells Test that he is going to let Bad Ass, & GMS add a stipulation each to tonights main event. Then, to Shane's surprise, the also long absent Undertaker pays a visit, mentioning he heard Vince is dead, but before he can go on, Shane tells Undertaker to hold on, as he quickly rushes out of his office, having Test accompany him.
Promo - ???
Promo - Shane & Test are searching outside, as Shane asks Test if this was the spot. They then find Razor Ramon under an unoccupied car, covered in blood, and not breathing.
Promo - Back at Shane's office, Hogan & Undertaker have seen the footage on the TV, Hogan then leaves the office to check out on Razor Ramon, and the second he leaves, Evil Triple H, Evil Angle, & Evil Kane, jump Undertaker from behind & kidnap him.
Back at the Ring - Uncle Squigally & Kermit talk about what just underwent, and mabey Professor Wedge was referring to Undertaker being next on the Evils list. Then Earl Hebner, trades with Harry Hebner, as the next match begins.
King of the Ring Qaulifying Match #02 - Christian (accompanied by Edge) -VS- Matt Hardy (accompanied by Jeff Hardy) - Prior to the match, Christian & Edge pose with Harry Hebner, naming the pose, "Edge & Christian With a Senile Person Who Has Just Left the Hospital & Likes to Dress Up In Costumes", then the Hardyz enter, obviously performing very stale. Christian pins Matt Hardy with the help of Edge. And after a failed attack by Jeff & Matt Hardy, Christian & Edge celebrate with a pose entitled, "Edge & Christian With a Sturdy Table". Then before they exit, they destroy, the new announcers table.
Still at the Ring - Uncle Squigally & Kermit...
Promo - GMS finishes lifting weights, he then weighs himself, then begins to eat an enormous ammount of fatty foods, as Bad Ass enters. Bad Ass mentions that GMS's main event streak will be short lived and how they can name a stipulation each, and that his stipulation is a Bubble Wrap Match. GMS then states for his stipulation, that instead of pinfall, they have pop 5 bubbles by landing a move on their opponent. Bad Ass then leaves, as GMS continues to gorge down his food.
Promo - Too Cool Red's, Scotty Too Hotty, Albert, & Lita...
Promo - Hardcore Holly kicked out of building, finding his cousin Crash Holly, and Jeff Jarett, as well as Perry Saturn & his new pet, Spike the Dog, & Raven...
Promo - Back at Shane's office, Shane & Test discuss about Razor Ramon. The Scotty Too Hotty pays a visit again requesting a Hardcore Match for the Wet Pride Title against Justin Credible. Shane gives the ok, and then Scotty Too Hotty leaves.
Back at the Ring - Uncle Squigally & Kermit talk about the Evil's intrusion in the building tonight, and then Harry Hebner trades places with Ealr Hebner, as the next match is about to begin.
Hardcore Match for the Wet Pride Championship - Justin Credible -VS- Scotty Too Hotty - Scotty Too Hotty pins Justin Credible after using a Scotty Splash.
Promo - Kurt Angle...
Promo - Back in Shanes office, Shane tells Test that he doesn't know what to excpect, since he heard no word from Professor Wedge tonight. Just then Undertaker breaks into the office, dropping the Rock, saying that the Evils thought they could hold him back, kidnaping him, and while he escaped their little dungeon, he took the Rock and brought him back. Undertaker then goes on telling Shane that he will never be what his father was, as he kicks the Rock, and leaves the office. Shane then tries to not let anything get to him, since the Rock is now back, and he goes on to watch the main event.
Back at the Ring - Kermit rants on to Uncle Squigally about tonights Bubble Wrap match, then points out that this match won't have a Referee, cause, they figure the wrestlers can count for themselves.
Tag Team Bubble Wrap Match - Bad Ass Billy Gunn & Grand Masta Sexay -VS- Triple H & X-Pac - GMS comes out with a hotdog in hand, followed by Bad Ass. Triple H & X-Pac then enter the ring. BABG & GMS manage to pop 4 bubbles, but Triple H & X-Pac manage to pop 5 bubbles first, thus winning the match. X-Pac loses an arm after Bad Ass goes wild on him after loseing the match. Triple H then tries to suffocate Bad Ass in bubble wrap before GMS saves him, then gets hooked onto the ring post in the rope he is tangled up in. Triple H then leaves the arena, telling X-Pac that they have to get to a hospital to get his arm back on.
Still at the Ring - Uncle Squigally & Kermit bid everyone farewell, as the show ends.
